You have 30 days to return your products free of charge.
In addition, for orders placed between 24 November and 10 December 2025, the return period is extended until 10 January 2026.
Please note that accessories cannot be returned.
If you need a different size or model, you can return the product and place a new order.
Description
How to take care of them
1. Remove dirt and dust gently using a brush.
2. If heavily soiled clean the leather surface with a neutral soap dissolved in plenty of water using a hard plastic bristle brush (like the one used for the nails), and rinse thoroughly.
3. Dry naturally without exposing the shoes to sunlight or extreme heat sources.
4. Finally, brush the leather in the same direction as the leather falls.
